These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Refillplanet.eu, and apply to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order. Refillplanet.eu's registered address is at 67,Mensija Street, San Gwann, Malta.
Placing an Order
Ordering online is easy. On your first purchase you have to register an account to entitle you to a fast checkout process each time you log in the site. Then, Simply place the items you require in your shopping cart by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button whenever you see an item you wish to buy. Adding an item to your cart does not commit you to buy it as you can always remove it later. The contents of your cart and their total cost are listed in the "Shopping Cart" box in the right column of the screen. You may view a more detailed listing of your cart contents by clicking the "View Cart" in the right menu of the Shopping Cart box.
Once you have added all the items you need to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button. If you have a discount coupon code, enter the disount code in the "Coupon Code" box and automatically will update your cart with discount voucher.
Payments and Credit Card
We DO NOT ask for credit card details during checkout process. This is just an online ordering store, all payment transactions are made through manual processing. We accept cash on collection from our shop, Personal cheques accompanied by a valid identification card, Bank Cheques, Bank Visa or Cashlink card processed at our shop.
For corporates we also accept a signed LPO after authorization through our sales department.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Refillplanet.eu reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Refillplanet.eu reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Refillplanet.eu is a reseller to end user customers and computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Refillplanet.eu.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Refillplanet.eu shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Refillplanet.eu shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every third party product you buy from Refillplanet.eu is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Refillplanet.eu will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Refillplanet.eu will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be returned within 15 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Refillplanet.eu or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
Processing Time
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our sales department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will confirm so you can pickup soon as possible from our shop, otherwise we will advise lead time to restocking of item.
